DRSC Welcomes New Board Member Geoff Weber

September 28, 2026

Geoff Weber is the founder and CEO of Heirloom Cloud Corporation and a retired U.S. intelligence officer and combat veteran. He founded Heirloom in 2022, immediately after retiring from military service.

Based in the Charleston area, Heirloom digitizes and preserves aging photographs, films, videos, audio recordings, documents, and other important content for families, businesses, and government agencies across America. The company employs nearly a dozen people with disabilities, including disabled veterans and autistic employees whose strengths make them exceptional at this detailed work.

Geoff has long supported people with disabilities, both as a father and as an advocate for strength-based employment. Before starting Heirloom, he helped pioneer autism-inclusive hiring practices in the federal government and served as a mentor to autistic job seekers.

Geoff joined the Disability Rights South Carolina Board because he believes people with disabilities deserve the same rights, respect, opportunities, and independence as everyone else. He hopes to contribute his experience in leadership, technology, employment, and advocacy to help DRSC create lasting change across South Carolina.
